I appealed, got 15 points, I'm on income related ESA. Do you know why I have to appeal again? I did include the decision letter, showing the 15 points?
What's this all about? Can you help? Thanks

Ive messed my first post up!
What it should say....

I'm on income related esa. I've been asked to go for another medical, even though vie been to tribunal and awarded 15 points, in March 2011.
I have sent a copy of the tribunal letter? I've been a civil servant, so I know what they get up to, I keep copies if everything.

Just to be clear.

You have been on IR ESA since March 2011 due to getting 15 points awarded at an appeal. Is that correct?

You have now in March 2012 been asked to attend a medical. Is that correct?

Have you recently been sent an ESA50 to fill out?

Yes, and I included my tribunal letter.
Also I photocopied my original sea form, and made sure they matched.
This will be my 3/4th medical with atos

Right, if I understand you correctly you have recently been sent an ESA50 to fill out and you presumably filled it out and also included your tribunal letter from March 2011 and a photocopy of your 2011 ESA50 form and sent all these documents back to Atos.

If this is correct then all I can assume is that they have looked at your most recent ESA50 that you submitted and decided to ask you to attend another assessment. Hopefully unlike back in 2011 you will receive a favourable decision.

Did you include any medical evidence from your GP or hospital consultant with your recent ESA50 to support your claim?
