ESA 50 Questionnaire

I am being re-assessed for ESA and have received a new form to fill in and return to Atos Healthcare.

I have seen that the ESA 50 can be downloaded as an acrobat file and then filled in on computer. The completed form can then be printed off and sent to Atos by post.

Is there any problem at all completing and submitting the ESA 50 this way, rather than handwriting everything out on the original form they have sent to me?

I thought you had to send the original ESA50 form did,nt think you could send the one you can download. also just a thought atos would then know that you could type and use a PC

How long do I have to complete the ESA50?

Obviously if a claimant stated that their limitations stopped them from using a P.C. or keyboard it may be held against them if they used the Pdf ESA50.

It is perfectly O.K. to use it though, and you could always get a friend, relative or carer to fill it in for you, and state why they have done this within the ESA50.

Thanks bro58, for the info, i think i may download mine then as my original is taking a lot of time to fill in and the little spaces for explainations fills up very quickly, not really enough room to put everything in.
