taken off I B benifit whilst applying for appeal was created by martina
hi out there
at present i have sent the gl24 form off requesting an oral appeal.
also i informed the job center of this.( both recorded delivery)
i have not heard anything as yet
but yesterday received by post my p45 saying my incapacity as finished
is there anything i should be doing until my appeal date is set

You have an opportunity, probably for the next 4 weeks, to submit additional information and evidence to the DWP, for the Decision Maker to consider as part of their Reconsideration.

As your IB has terminated, is your appeal about failing to qualify for ESA following migration? If so, you should be receiving ESA at the assessment rate pending the outcome of the appeal providing you continue to submit medical certificates from your GP.
You can reapply for ESA at the same time as an appeal is progressing if more than 26 weeks have elapsed since the adverse decision on entitlement, or you can reapply at any time if you have a new medical condition or there has been a significant deterioration in your existing medical condition.
