Next Steps WFI

Had my first WFI this week and wasnt as daunting as I expected. As I have a fairly long prognosis the adviser was straight with me that I wasnt (yet) subject to the work programme and the only action plan drawn up was that I visit the " Next steps" website and do the skills assesment.Has anybody else had experience of this site? I#ve had a quick look and it seems to be a directgov site.
I was told that there was no fixed appointment for the next WFI but that they would telephone me, probably around the end of next month which I thought seemd a little soon seeing as I attended one only this week.Is there any real time routine between these WFI's? I understodd there to be a maximum of six and as I have a 2 years review date two in a month seems a little odd
