WCA recording puzzle

Please can anyone help with some info about the document linked by the article posted in the open news section of this site on 12 04 11, "Atos pilots audio recording of medicals'

The document itself is entitled:

"Jobcentre plus
Audio Recording of Medical Assessments Pilot"

And it bears the JCP and DWP logos.

When was that document actually published, and in what form (i.e. was it actually printed as well as published on line), to whom was it disseminated – and by whom?

The reason I ask is that the DWP have just produced an FoI response which denies that it 'holds any information' about this document at all! I find that utterly extraordinary and would be grateful for all or any comments.

I realise that any extended analysis of the DWP's CURRENT shenanigans about audio recording would belong in the news section these days, but as regards these particular queries on the score of that particular document can anyone help, like right now?

I would like to raise a further FoI on this before the week is over, if at all possible.
