Reconsideration refused was created by evey23
Hi. Just got letter to say that my appeal to be put into the support group will go ahead as the original decision of been put into the WRAG has not been changed. Just waiting for a letter from the Tribunal Service.
However one the reasons given was that "There appears to be no record of any medication being prescribed by her GP,and taken as directed". Yet on the papers of evidence it actually states "a copy of repeat prescription".
It sounds to me as if I should ask them if they want to take a blood test. I feel as if they are saying that I am lying about my medication. What should I do?
Anyone else come across this statement?
Thanks

Hi evey 23, you will have to point out the medication issue with your appeal.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
