Atos phone call

Another ESA Medical
After missing the one phone call from Atos 2 days ago, today they have sent me a letter to attend another Medical. I often see posts where the backlog is mentioned "in your dreams i think"
Within a week of returning my ESA50 Atos were posting me a letter for a medical.
This time i am requesting to have the medical recorded and will be sending a request to Atos and another to the DWP.
I had put more information in my ESA50 and additional pages but this has made no difference, i wonder if they even bother to read them. Within 3 months of having a no ESA decision changed in my favour i will be attending another Atos medical.
