ESA stops 30 April 2012 have employer still

My ESA stops in April and im unfit for work and was placed in WRAG from appeal 2011 scored 21 points.
I still have an emploter so even if I was fit for work cant claim jobseekers.
I have DLA care allowance and high rate disability rate.
Is DLA taken into account for ESA income based assesment form as it asks the question.
I cant claim housing benefit or council tax / anything as husband works.
We wont be able to eat properly im a diabetic or pay our housing and bills.
Really scared dont know what to do.
What can I claim nothing it looks like.
