ESA50 due Easter Monday

This seems trivial but stress is now extreme here! The letter accompanying the ESA50 says must be back by 9 April. I hoped this would be corrected in the 3-week letter but it wasn't. So Tues 10 is too late for it to arrive. Presumably ATOS is shut on 6, 7, 8 and 9? And Special Delivery for 5th must be posted on 4th, five days before the form is due in. Has anyone tried to deliver an ESA form in person to ATOS?

Just to add to Gordon's comments, if you are to hand deliver the ESA50, and the ATOS building is open get someone at reception to sign for receipt of it also.

Another thing to take into account, is that some ATOS addresses are actually mail drops, or PO Boxes, so if you are to hand deliver it, make sure it is an actual ATOS office, and not the above mentioned.

A family member of mine handed my form into my nearby ATOS centre a day before it was due. We intended on getting a receipt from reception, but were unable to do so as the security guard took it and put it into the internal post system himself.

The form arrived ok, but I was nervous about not getting a receipt.

Thank you for the helpful answers. The ESA form arrived on Friday 9 March. Now acute illness is worsening, so rang JobCentrePlus in desperation to try to get one more day to get it finished. They said ATOS must have forgotten it was Easter.... And suggested ringing ATOS. He gave me the ATOS number when I said it is not given in either of the letters. (Why isn't it given in the two letters?) So now a polite ATOS man in Cardiff has just stated it will be OK to post by Special Delivery on Maundy Thursday and he provided his first name and his "reference number" as proof. I noted the time of our conversation too.
