Which DWP number to call?

Hi.

I am going to get somebody to phone the DWP for me to see what is happening with my appeal.

I have not yet had a review of the original decision.

Should we ring the number on the original decision letter or on the letter I got entitled 'about your appeal'? (They were from different offices but in the same county).

I have been put in wrag and am appealing to be put in support.

Well good old DWP.

My MHP phoned to see what was happening. Took a while to get through. They say there is nothing on my file to say I am appealing!

This is despite me getting an acknowledgement letter for the appeal! I also know they got the GL24 and extra evidence that I sent in as photocopies have been sent to me. My subject access request for the original esa85a took so long to come through (2 months and five phone calls) that the GL24 etc was included in the bundle.

The DWP are supposed to be phoning my MHP later today or tomorrow morning. I hope they do do as they said they would and phone her numbers and not mine. But I don't have much faith in them.
