Report to Moderator Function.

Despite numerous requests in the past from various moderators including myself, some members are still using the RTM function to try to update or answer benefits queries or question a moderators decision.

The RTM function is for the purpose of reporting posts which may have slipped through the pre-moderation stage and which may cause distress or otherwise to members.

Please note that moderators decisions are based upon the particular moderator(s) who reply to posts. As has been explained by the site owner Steve Donnison, the moderators decision is final and not open to discussion on the forum.

Members who feel that it's necessary to complain should e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and these will be dealt with personally by Steve.

Problems with accessing the site or other technical problems or changing your forum name should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

BUMP.

Despite asking that the Report to Moderation (RTM is not used to ask for information/advice some members are still using this to seek information/advice.

If a member uses the RTM, all it does is send an e-mail to all moderators.

Using this facility will not get you a quicker reply either when the forum is open or when it is locked.

Members who disregard this and continue to abuse the RTM function may have their membership suspended or cancelled, although this would not be done without one or more warnings.
