No i have,nt, i already take anti depressants and have done for a number of years, i have upped the dose by one more tablet a day to see if this helps, i think what makes matters worse is i live alone been divorced a long time iv,e not really got anyone for any kind of support. but trust me if it helps anyone else at all the HCP,s have been compleatly brain washed into thinking this is the right way to get people off benefits, even if they are sick/disabled, its all about how a person functions apparently!

Can I strongly suggest you speak to your GP about how you are feeling, increasing your daily medication without discussing this with your doctor can be extremely dangerous.

Thanks for your concern Gordon, at my last medication reveiw last october i was told by my GP that i could go back to 2 tablets a day again if i needed to, i had come down to one daily, i would,nt do anything silly.
