Dla and IB was created by edcwr

I was passported onto incapacity benefit as I was awarded high rate care and mob of DLA. Do I stilll have to complete the forms and be assessed as capable of work?

Yes.

In particular so when one is migrated from IB to ESA as there is no automatic passporting onto ESA for DLA claimants.
