Hello everyone, I hope that someone can help me with my query. After 3 months of waiting I had my medical results and have been placed in the WRAG group. However I feel I should be in the support group and requested a SOR. However they sent me the copy of the Atos report instead and although my main problem is my mobility, this has not even been mentioned in the report. My inability to sit or stand for any length of time has been recorded and agreed with but not my ability to walk without pain which is the basis of my claim.Please could you give me advice on how to proceed with the appeal highlighting the oversight.
