With regard the interview.
As I understand it, the medical comprises two components, the interview, which to a considerable extent follows a standard "script" to capture your typical day, and a more detailed set of questions prompted by the LiMA software, based on previously entered data. This latter part may in part, be completed by the "doctor" after the examination has been completed.
As to the screen being viewable, I doubt this is an advantage as all it shows is waht is going into the software and not what comes out of it
