Brown envelope...the process hads begun

Hello All. Well the dreaded BE came on friday and it said that as they dont have aphone number for me can i call them within seven days. Now do i do this and if i do what do i say in answer to any and all questions. I have been on IB since the 90s with sarcoidosis and on top of that horrible blight i have heart disease,hight blood pressure, a slipped disc in the top of my neck(which i had physio for last year) that causes problems with my arms.I have problems with my arms from a near death electrocution two years ago too and at 56 what does the future hold for me.What are my chances of the support group?I have only just after many many years of no help at all ,been reffered to a specialist consultant by my new doctor who seems to be vety sympathetic to my illness so hwo will that effect my claim now?
My wife works and earns near enough to the 40% tax bracket so i expect i will end up with nothing and have to rely on her which is not a nice prospect as she has virually cared for me all these years anyway but that IB money has made the differnce when we didnt have much in the early years of my illness.
I know thats a few questions in there but this is my first post so thanks for any help .M
