Received my Med Report

I was recently transferred from IB to WRAG (without a medical) I felt I should be in Support, phoned asked for appeal & Med report. A woman from Incapacity phoned & said I was still in WRAG I asked for the report again. When I read it it had been written up by a nurse who says although I have arthritis of lower & upper limbs I can mobilise 50mtrs can sit/stand can lift my arm etc etc. |t also states it is unlikely I will return to work in the long term. So I don't know how I got my 15 plus points. It completely ignores my diagnose of fibromyalgia, chronic migraine & severe psoriasis of which I sent in 12 recent photos showing how bad my skin is. I've already sent my appeal form in as I was keen not to miss the deadline but surely these conditions & more importantly the effect they have on me eg incessant fatigue should have been taken into account ? I know, having spoken to staff at DWP how difficult the support group is, but I guess I'm just looking for a little reassurance that I've done the right thing by appealling. I'm on DLA HC & HM so really worried they will pull that just for appealling their decision. Sorry, this is just so worrying.
