ESA50 downloadable form was created by melrose
Hi, this may be a daft question but I downloaded the ESA50 form from here as I am just starting the process of transfer from IB to ESA.
I have gone some way with help from my ever patient carer to filling out the form on the computer and have now received the form from ATOS/DWP. Can I submit the printed out online form or do I have to transfer the information to the form they sent me? If so, can I cut out the information I have completed from the printed out pages and simply stick them in the appropriate places with glue? It would certainly save my carer hours of painful writing! Your speedy advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

I can confirm that you can complete and submit the inter-active form that you have downloaded.

The DWP have made the ESA50 available for download, so you can use this copy rather than the form you have been sent, just print it out when you have completed it and send it back in the supplied envelope.
