Just failed my medical was created by justy
Having had a medical on the 13th May I heard by phone i had failed.I followed the guides to the letter so I requested a copy of the face to face which arrived this morning. [phrase removed] Apparently I had normal rotation and flexation of both wrists, which is strange as I wore wrist splints throughout. no mention of the pain I loudly expressed or the difficulties in sitting and standing. I have lost all my points for mobility because i have a mobility scooter.
and though I am depressed with thoughts of suicide I have never self harmed before, a question I was never asked.
If you are going to a medical PLEASE make sure you have someone with you and be very loud over any difficulties you may have.
I have put in for an appeal, wish me luck

Whilst it is important to re-butt the ATOS medical report, especially if you believe there are inaccuracies, please remember that you will only win a Reconsideration or appeal by showing the you meet the relevant descriptors for the benefit.
