I have logged on to this site, if I check subscriptions purchased it confirms that i have paid £19 plus until April 2013 yet when I try to go into ESA it asks me to join???
What have I paid for if I am unable to download anything but free things????

Cheers Carol

probably a silly question but you have clicked on Members only in the yellow box rather than just ESA in the blue box?

Thanks for your replies.

Linda I have clicked on just about everything including members only but it keeps asking me to register with the site and join even though I am still logged in and have already paid.

I have emailed also thanks Derek, just wondered if it was something I was doing wrong, hence putting it on here but seems like its the site. Just hope it doesnt take them long to reply :(

The only other suggestion I can make is to logout of the system (top left of page), and then close your browser.

Re-open your browser and navigate to B&W, you should need to login, do so, and try to access the Members Only area again.
