I am a bit unsure regarding your response ?

Now you have received "The Conversion Notice" letter, you should receive the "Courtesy Phonecall" within a week or so.

Within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of the above mentioned "Letter" you should receive the ESA50 through the post.

My suggestion Re : the PDF ESA50 was with the intention of giving you a head start, to ease the 4 week time constraints that you will have once the paper ESA50 arrives through the post.

Obviously, if you would prefer to use the paper ESA50, as you find it more suitable, that's fine also.

UPDATE - Saturday 12 Jan 2012 recieved phone call from DWP explaining migration process.I asked if she was from my J-C Plus office Watford - she told me she was phoning from call centre North East England.Said I would recieve ESA 50 7/14 Days which would be sent by ATOS-will update when form arrives.

Hi M,

I would give it until Monday 28/01/13, and then contact them.

You could also e-mail ATOS, to enquire whether they have a live referral from the DWP, and whether they have posted out the ESA50 yet.
