eBay - what fresh hell is this?

Yes I am still ill. Yes I am still an idiot. This is becuase, being honest, I sold 5 paintings on ebay, phoned up ESA and declared it. RESULT?- have now had letters saying 'since you informed us you began work on X date...' etc, culminating inj one which said I have to pay Council Tax as a result (so presumably my Housing ben is now at threat?) All i did was get ill, then sell 5 things, then declare it!!! Despite having spoken to them,explaing that I HAd said I was encoiraged by this as maybe it meant I could POSSBLY think about a FUTURE small business, and havong argued till blue in the face, they say 'it's the decision makers decision.'I asked for the form to appeal against that decision and guess what? It's not arrived and now it's past the ?month? I found out I had to appeal! No-one I spoke to advised me i could appeal; I found it out via here. I feel like giving up. Am too ill, life quality is awful, can't fight them again and now have to go and have another medical. Any ideas from you saner people out there? You get penalised for being HONEST!HELLLLP!!!!!!!
