work experience/training ESA was created by carole
I am getting a bit bogged down and confused so am hoping for advice on above. A few months ago Gordon wrote out some requirments under reg 8 Welfare reform 2008. Which places a requirment to undertake work experience/training. I am awaiting result from reassesment at the moment. Whatever the outcome I want to do something but would be unable to commit to any work without a slow build up. How far am i able to personalize work experience/training as i have some ideas or is it a case of being made to go to a welfare to work provider and possible workfare.
Many thanks
carole :)
