They may, but you cannot assume they will.

They are not obliged to contact your GP and if they do, there are no procedures that say when they have to do so, it really depends where the need arises in the process, assuming it does.

Thank you Gordon I just wish I could prempt their next movement as I continue to wait to hear about my claim regarding the right payment programme. Still I'm having a nice epidural pain block tomorrow that'll take my mind off it lol

Good luck with the epidural, I hope that it gives you some good pain relief.
