Good Afternoon All, I'm awaiting a letter from the DWP, with regards to being placed in the Support Group. Ive been reading through various posts, and it seems that you can be placed into the SG, with a time frame of 3 months to 2 years or indefinitely. Does it depend on your health condition's ?
Yet, it depends on your conditions and whether DWP think you are likely to improve. However, the correlation is often difficult to work out and some decisions seem to defy reason!

Just to add to Mrs H's post, there is no "indefinite" award for ESA, even for the Support Group, the longest award for the SG I have seen is three years.
