Why assessment again?

I transferred from Incapacity Benefit to ESA filling out their ardous forms last year I was originally put into WRAG but on appeal transferred to Support Group Feb 2012. Now they have written to me again wanting me to start the whole process off again by completing their damn forms. I have illnesses that wont get better only worse so why are they chasing me the stress alone affects me of this.

Rest assured it is not just yourself.

The government have said that ESA claimants would be subject to regular reassessment.

How long that is between those reassessments can vary between three months and in limited cases upto four years.

You are not alone Sally!! I was transferred in November after medical in October and have received an ESA50 again, so only 8 months after my medical.

As you say the stress alone affects us but the system is the way it is!
