I take it i can do same with other info, such as a neurologists report that i am still waiting upon, as i had no confirmation from his secretary that he would write one and am still waiting to hear. Therefore, i sent off ESA50 as deadline was fast approaching.

Very quick question.
if ater Atos has recommended WRAG placement and D/M on appeal puts one ito S/G, at reassessment of ESA50, does atos Dr know that claimant is presenly in S/g as a result of an "appeal"
