Does anyone know approximatley how long it can take for a reply when you submit an appeal on case of law to commissioners?

From my experience it can take up to a year or even more. There is no way that we can guess, it depends on the complexity of the case and how many have submitted appeals before you, as they are dealt with in strict date order.
