First review since transfer from IB to ESA was created by Jasmine3234
I was transferred from IB to ESA Support Group earlier this year. When I requested the relevant form all I received was a very short and to the point report saying I could be considered for a return to work within 6 months (which is an absolute joke).
I have already received the new ESA50 for completion and because absolutely nothing has changed, nor will it in the future, I have basically copied word for word from the copy I sent in Feb this year. Would this be a problem?
What I would like to ask is do you still have to wait for a telephone call, or will it be by letter, or nothing at all if they keep the same decision?

Yes you can do this, but make sure that it is clear that it is reasonable for your condition to have stayed the same or to have deteriorated, and that it is unreasonable to assume that you have adapted to your condition(s).
If a medical is required, ATOS will initially contact you by phone, but will confirm the appointment in writing.
It is possible that a DWP Decision Maker may try and contact you before making a Decision on your claim, it may be to your advantage to take this call.

Thanks Gordon. So I can presume that the original nicey nicey phone call stuff stops after the original transer has been made.
Not that Im bothered and I will take the phone call, it just seems crazy that some people havent even been transferred yet but they can review me after just 4 months
