Receiving ESA50 was created by DaPa
It is 5 weeks today that I received the phone call regarding my migration from IB to ESA.

I have not yet received my questionnaire, is this about the normal waiting time?

It is worth phoning to see what is happening as, in theory, the ESA50 should arrive within a couple of weeks after the phonecall. The system is very overloaded and things are taking longer than they should. However, if a form has been sent and, somehow, not arrived it would be better for you and DWP to be aware of this fact. The last thing you want is to find that your claim has been closed because DWP did not get the form back (because you never got it)!
