Just to add to the above reply, it may be worthwhile sending for the medical report to see what descriptor(s) you may have satisfied to meet the SG criteria.

Although you have mentioned that you cannot walk more than 30-40 metres, this in itself will not satisfy the SG mobilising descriptor unless you have indicated that you cannot manually propel your wheelchair more than 50 metres.

Obviously I am unaware of the information supplied on your ESA50 form or the medical report from your doctor, but the medical report (most likely an ESA85A) will not be made available until after the ESA decision maker makes a decision on your ESA entitlement. Hopefully it will be a favourable decision that will determine that you are placed in the SG, but as well as finding out the SG descriptor(s) you have satisfied, you should be able to ascertain from the medical report how long it will be before your next ESA review?
