Members have reported anywhere between 10 days, and several months before hearing anything.

Well after spending nearly £13 on postage to assure the forms got there and I had proof they were delivered, nither show as delivered on royal mails track and trace.

Might as well have just threw them in the post box.

No idea if they get there or not and royal mail not interested for 10 working days. Total waste of space they were.

Track and trace now showing both copies as delivered but no signitures available.

Does ATOS or DWP or who ever rings about a face to face use a recognisable phone number?

I have been getting 8-10 calls a day since tuesday from withheld and unavailable phone numbers. Whould this be them?

I never answer these calls as the are usually nuisence calls or debt collectors.

If they get now answer will they write with an appointment?

In reply to your last question - the process will continue, whether or not you answer the phone.

Hi AWH,

I do not know which telephone numbers ATOS ring from, or if they are untraceable.

As MHB has said there is no need to worry as if they wish you to attend a face to face assessment they will write to you.
