GL24 QUERY was created by Georgei
I am in the process of filling in my appeal form. Placed on WRAG but appealing for Support group. I have no idea what I failed on as I feel I meet more than one descriptor. There is no info of points scored in the decision letter I received.
How can I state my reason for appeal when I don;t have any info at all on the decision. Is it ok to put, for the reasons stated on my ESA50 and include a copy of this along with the GL24?

The ESA appeals guides gives advice on how to deal with this issue

How to submit an appeal

Hi Georgei, I pointed out on my GL24 why I thought I should be in the support group and also sent a copy of my ESA50 and was put in SG at the recon stage. Hope this helps and good luck.

The GL24 doesn't require detailed information. It's enough to state for example ' I do not believe that the Decision Maker has taken full account of my needs in their decision, further information to follow' is sufficient.

More information can be sent when you receive the reasons for their decision from the DWP Decision Maker.

sorry Mrs H, I have read what you advised but it says not to ask for a statement of reasons so timescales don;t get muddled. I only have a week left to get my GL24 returned. My word how stressful is this whole ESA saga. Feel like I don;t want to wake up of a morning and that's got to be wrong.
Thanks for your help though
