Notice of appointment from Atos.

I understand that Atos must give seven days notice of a Face to Face assessment, as part of a WCA.

I have used the appropriate box on the ESA50 to give dates, "During the Next Three Months" when I will not be able to attend an assessment.

Can Atos choose to use these days, when I have informed them that I am not available to attend, as some or all of the seven days notice?

If they can, this could e.g. result in my having to attend for an assessment the day following my return home.

Also, do the seven days have to be working days, or simply any day?

The 7 days notice is purely 7 days, not working days.

I do not think that they will take into account the fact that you may be required to attend a face to face assessment, "the day following your return home".

You are allowed to rearrange once.
