EASA Assesments

Hi i have been of work for over 4 years now and as you can imagine ive been in front of several ATOS medical assessors.
Some to which i have won my appeals and others that i have not,i would like to share one of my experiences with some members.I arrived at the center around 5 min early,and was informed that they were running slightly late,it was over an hour and a half before i was taken.i suffer from various illnesses and the most is my back.i was taken into this room and all i got was from the start was how this persons tooth ache was ,not any apology for keeping me waiting just her holding her mouth,i was then asked all the usual question designed to trick you,how long can you sit for,how far can you walk,can you fill in a form,answer a phone,watch tv, ect.
Then i noticed all she did was watch that she did not break her nails on the key board,she was inappropriately dressed with the tightest grey trousers on ,also a scantly top which showed her bare belly and a rather large tattoo on her back,when she got up all she did was to prance around the room to see if i was looking at her.she then started asking me about my medication,then she started telling me that i should be on gabapentin ??.i said that that was for cancer patients ,then it was o how do you know that ,i explained that my father was on it,then came the questions about his cancer ,it was quite clear that this was a ploy to see if i can hold a conversation.Then it was ware to you come from ,when i replied the name of my town it was ,Hu that place is full off junkies and alchies and numpies,i said i beg your pardon,she then said don't worry about it i come from AIRDRIE it not much better,i told her that i wasn't happy about her comments and she just laughed .She then got up and asked me to stand in front of her and go through the bending procedure,when i could not do some she would show me how to do them .i found this rather awkward as she was scantly dressed,iam not making this up iam serious.She also asked me about the operation that i was waiting on then started telling me that the surgeon was good as she had worked with him !!.Ater the tests she said that i had the best reflexes that she had ever seen.And they say they don't Prejudge anyone.Well as expected a big 0 points.I appealed but was only awarded 6 points. i was back for another assessment a few months ago and i again was kept waiting for over an hour,and when i was taken it was the same person,I said that i had had her before and she replied jokingly ,no i don't think you have had me,i explained yes i have and pointed out the conversation that she had about my home town,she said no i don't remember having you,she then looked at my notes and apologized saying yes i have interviewed you some 2 years ago. She changed her tune and retracted what she had said and accused me of misinterpreting it .She said that she knew people from there and that she went drinking with them.Then she started to explain that i know that people come in hear that cant do there job,but we are asked to give specific questions so that DWP can consider if your fit for work,and to be honest with you most people fail.She then said as you have been hear befor you know the procedure so try the exercises,all she did was stand up and said thats it without me doing any.Then that was it over.As you can guess 0 points,now i cant get on EASA as i dont qualify as i have used 365 days,i have appealed and still waiting on a replyi have tried to get on IEASA to which i have succeeded but only at 33 pounds a week as they use my industrial injuries disablement allowance as income,its a big sad joke.
