Gordon did indicate that the time from the ESA being returned to assessment can take upwards of several months. The conversion process does not start until the ESA50 has been sent out.

We can only go by the posts we see on B&W and other forums, its important to understand that the comment is not the result of any statistical analysis, but rather an informed view from reading 100s of posts.

The one thing that does stand out is that the variability of each component of the assessment process has increased dramatically, where differences from one claim to another were measured in days, it is now weeks, and where it was weeks, it is often months.

I'm trying to download the ESA guides. It keeps saying I have to pay, as I'm already a member is this correct?
