I wrote to the DWP August of last year to inform them of this, has taken them over a year, to make the adjustment.
I am still in the (esa)sg, and I will remain in it until April 2015, unbelievable, I rang them and queried this, as time spent in SG will have been 3 years 6 months (is this a record), was told this was right, as my case had been reviewed in April of this year (unbeknown to me) they have got the right person and NI number, I cannot quite take this in, and do I trust this information, I have had it in writing.

Recap on my esa posting of 3 weeks ago, I found out that as I am getting a small amount of a pension £2.00 per week, this is now being deducted from my esa,

Hi r,
With the problems that you have had, I can undestand your cynicism.
However, if you you have it in black and white, and they have the correct rapheal this time, hopefully all will be O.K. and you should get a bit of peace.
That is one of the longer periods that I have seen for SG, the maximum length at any particular assessment being 3 years.
When someone is the SG is re-assessed, a "Pre-board check" is carried out first, so it is possible to remain in the SG without having another WCA.
Maybe you should ask for a letter written in blood !!!
Great news, anyway.

Do you think they would supply it? or maybe I should sent them a letter with my blood sweat and tears. I will not get complacent though, just in case.

I shouldn't laugh really, but we must try and keep our sense of humour through all this adversity.
