In hospital with Tribunal on Monday was created by DougFlo
I had an operation at beginning of this week and was expected stay in hospital for 2 or 3 nights. However I am still stuck in hospital and could be discharged over the weekend but nothing is certain. I have my long awaited ESA tribunal on Monday. What should I do? I can't even get access to my paperwork with my reference numbers and contact numbers and nobody who can access them for me until tomorrow

You can try to contact the court where your Tribunal is to be heard, the following page allows you to search for a venue, you can limit the results by selecting choosing the "Social Security and Child Support Tribunal" entry in the "search by areas of law" field.

You may be able to request an adjournment, although this is usually at the discretion of the judge, however, your being in hospital should be Goor Reason for them to do so.

Thanks for your help as ever.
I have managed to speak to someone at the court to try and get a postponement.

I really do hope I get a postponement. The clerk of the court wished me all the best so at least that sounded good.
