Waiting for ESA50

It's now over a month since I had a letter of migration from the DWP. I missed their phone calls about the migration process. I have spoken with ATOS who tell me that the DWP will send the ESA50 out, and then the DWP inform them. As yet they say that the DWP have not informed them about the migration. Is this the case, as I am getting conflicting information, and will ATOS have information on their system when the form is sent out? Sorry to go on a bit, but I'm concerned that I will miss the form due to the post losing it.

It would be advisable to put your query to ATOS in writing, you can e-mail them, here : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Hopefully, you will receive a written response as to whether they have a "Live referal" from the DWP, to start your ESA WCA, and to send you an ESA50.

Having this written response will create a "paper trail" to prove that you have queried the fact that you have not yet received an ESA50, which would be helpful with any problems that "MAY" ensue.

I've had an email from them to that effect, would you email them again if no show by next week?

I have heard stories that there have been delays in sending the ESA50 out after the initial letter of up to 10 weeks.

You could also put something in writing to ATOS at :

Atos Healthcare,
Customer Relations
Wing G,
Government Buildings,
Lawnswood,
Leeds
LS16 5PU

And even send a copy to the DWP office that is dealing with your ESA.

I got my letter then a week later had the phonecall then a week after that the form, this is via the JCP at Sheffield the Atos form via Nottingham.
