Welcome to B&W you might want to have a look at the following FAQ.I've just joined this site. Hoping for some advise.
Firstly I've filled in the ESA50 form. Got called for interview & surprised that I have scored 0 points. I was receiving IA before.
I called them for an explanation and was told that I had an option to appeal. I've now received GL24 form was sent last week. I also have a sick note from my dr for 3 months. My condition is that I have permanent & substantial disability in both my knee & hands (Osteoarthritis) & had my right knee full replacement and waiting for my second knee replacement operation. Although my first is still not right.
Now I have a long road to my appeal.
I need assistance to fill GL24. question 8.
