365 day rule

hi i have recieved my letter telling me i am in the wrag group after migrating from ib it says we will pay you esa from the 5th december does it mean that day is the start of the 365 days thanks for your help much appreciated

Hi M,

If your payments of CB ESA in The WRAG commence from the 5/12/12, then your 365 day "clock" will indeed start ticking from that date.
