Well today I received the letter to say they had received my GL24 and will firstly look to see if they can change the decision in my favour, if not of to appeal. I'm still waiting for the ESA85A which I sent for using the template on this site at the same time as I sent the GL24 off.

The Royal Mail trace and track system is still showing the letter I sent to them is still in their system waiting delivery which says a lot about the postal system.

It's probably the build up to XMAS.

On Monday gone, I posted two envelopes at the same time, exactly the same size and weight, for exactly the same charge (recorded signed for delivery), to exactly the same address.

One showed up as delivered at 9.44 AM Tuesday, the other didn't show up as delivered until 11.45 AM Wednesday.
