work focused interview esa?

hi,

I have been awarded the work focused esa and I got a letter today saying I must attend a work focused interview soon, but I am waiting for t to let them he result off my appeal which I made.
do I need to go to this interview or can I telephone the number on the letter and let know about the appeal?

Appealing does not exempt you from the requirement to undergo 'Work Focussed Interviews'

However, it is worth phoning the personal advisor that you are supposed to see as s/he might agree to forego these, or to undertake them over the phone (or even, rarely, in your own home). This is entirely at the discretion of the advisor, but many of them are amenable to a reasonable request.
