I am helping a friend with the ESA Questionnaire. Please, where are the questions on mental health problems such as depression? As always I thank you for your help.

Mental Health issues are covered in questions 11-17, however it is not the condition that is being tested but it's day to day effects, see our ESA Claim Guides
