A revised ESA50 ?

There is an update which will be applied from 28/01/13.

I've only just seen the legislation and unfortunately, rather than produce a new set of descriptors they have chosen to amend the wording of the existing ones, so until we actually have a consolidated set of descriptors, which won't be today, we are very limited as to the information we can give.

To give you and others an example of what we are dealling with

in Activity 5, in column 2, in paragraph 5(d), after “Cannot”, insert “single-handedly”;

The cynical amongst us, myself included, might wonder at the timing and most defintely the manner of this change, as there is now no single place where a claimant can go to understand what the actual descriptors are.
