Does anyone know if these new descriptors will override the previous medical services guidance on communication meaning that Blind people will no longer access the support group. I don't understand how they can just make unannounced changes like this, it's terrible. I agree with the comment re timing!!!

I am afraid I can only repeat what has been stated in previous posts, until we have a consolidated set of decsriptors, we cannot make any comments on the changes that have been announced.
In addition, at this time I am not aware on an updated version of the WCA Handbook being available, will define the advice given to ATOS assessors.
