Incompetence of DWP Healthcare Professionals

Just a quick note to let people know that when the ESA50 form is being studied by a healthcare professional employed by the Secretary of State for the DWP they are not injesting all of the facts filled out in this pathetic form. My personal experience has just been proven that they are making their own assumptions to downgrade dis-abled peoples health issues. My partner has severe Mental Health Issues and also COPD and Ulcerative Colitis for which he has been hospitalised, but the so called registered Nurse who is employed by them has just chosen to make her opinion on the basis for his award despite all of the evidence subjected to the DWP. They asked for my partners GP to fill in the ESA 113 form and send back to them (which he did) and they chose to make their decision without it (of which I have a copy) which cleary states all the points which the DWP say my partner is able to do is clearly wrong and he is unable to do. Obviously the DWP and the people they are employing are on their own agenda for targetting the dis-abled to meet certain targets implimented by the Government no matter about the truth of peoples dis-abilities just as long as targets are being reached to save money.

No matter I have all the evidence I need to challenge their decision of placing my partner in the WRAG group when he should be in the Support Group and I'm ready for the battle, I just feel so sorry for people who do not have the support to challenge the decisions of incompetent staff employed by ATOS and the DWP, because I feel so many truly dis-abled people will be losing their benefits on which they rely just to appease the wrath been waged by Ian Duncan Smith and the rest of his dispicable party.
