Can I just check that if someones mobility is resticted to 50m do they satisfy the mobilising descriptor?:-

"Cannot mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion."

Thanks Gordon. The exact words used were "reduced mobility of up to 50m".

You'll have to give me more help on the context "reduced mobility" is not the same as "restricted to"!

In context I suppose it means that due to his condition his mobility is reduced to 50m.

It's like saying that after the operation his vision was reduced to 50m.
