ESA Claim Form Query was created by Dalglish60
After winning my appeal for ESA and put in support group, around April 2012 I was told over the phone by DWP that my review date for ESA is 27th February 2013. When I requested a subject access request from DWP all material was included with some written scribble at the top of one of the pages that just read 27/2/13. Does not say this is your review date or anything like that.

I'm in the support group but have managed to get involved in some unpaid voluntary work at the back end of September 2012. I'm still actively engaged in this voluntary work which is part time over 3 separate days during the week.

On the 3rd January 2013 I received the dreaded limited capability for work questionnaire form indicating it needs to be returned by 29th January 2013 26 days to complete this complex form is ridiculous.

My emotions and concentration are all over the place at the moment due to this form but I'm going to get support documentation from doctors, GP etc. But do I have to explain about this voluntary work in the form and is it perceived by DWP/ATOS as negative such as there's nothing wrong with them they are ok to work full time etc.

Unlike DLA, ESA is actually an open-ended award that can be reassessed at any time. I agree that the time given to complete the form is ridiculously short!

Yes, in my opinion, you should inform DWP about your voluntary work.
