Yes you can, you would still then have proof of delivery to the address that you were given, even if it was a P.O. Box Number.

Can you tell me if I contact atos by email, would it look to them that I have a computer and am able to use my hands.? The fact is the email address is a very old one that is occassionally used for contacting my consultants every now and then. My sister tends to type the thing up on her laptop as my hands get too pained etc. And when I am able to do it, its not without a worsening of my symptoms.

Hi pjd,

If you are unable to do it, someone else could on your behalf. It is irrelevant what e-mail account is used, many people have several e-mail accounts that they use for different puposes.

Thanks bro58,

I agree that the typed version is best as I can keep a copy of it. My concern was that it is difficult to staple it all together as the wad of pages ends up too thick, and I was worried about pages going missing. Am I over worrying about things, ha.

Hi bro58,

So it does not matter that the email account address is my name. And they won't assume the that I have a computer and have full use of my hands etc.

Sorry if I am repeating myself but the panic is setting in now. :(

Hi pjd,

You can secure them as best you can, you could put each page in a clear hole punched pocket, two to each pocket back to back, and then put them in a file holder, to create a file.

Hi pjd,

No, it would not matter which e-mail account was used, as long as the content of the e-mail included your personal details.
